Usually when an AC unit is freezing up its because of inadequate airflow. This is usually from a dirty air filter or if too many vents or closed. Another problem can be a clogged up drain line. If the condensation can't drain it can cause an excess of moisture. Since this is happening with a new unit too my guess would be it's a clogged drainline. view full answer...
